If your lobster arrives dead, contact us within 2 hours of UPS's confirmed delivery time with a photo. We will replace or fully refund — your choice, immediately, no questions asked.
What counts as dead on arrival
A lobster that is completely limp and unresponsive when touched. Sluggish movement is normal — lobsters slow down significantly in cold temperatures during transit. If it moves at all, it's alive.
How to file a claim
Email us at [your email] within 2 hours of the UPS confirmed delivery timestamp. Include a photo of the lobster(s) in question. We'll respond within the hour.
Replacements
Replacement lobsters ship on the next available ship day (Monday through Thursday).
What we don't cover
Lobsters that were improperly stored after delivery (in water, sealed airtight, on ice) are not covered. Lobsters that were alive on delivery but not cooked within 24 hours are not covered.
