Orders
By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated all-in price (free UPS Next Day Air shipping is included). We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion.
Shipping
We ship Monday through Thursday via UPS Next Day Air. We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our control. If UPS causes a delay resulting in a dead-on-arrival lobster, our live guarantee still applies.
Live Arrival Guarantee
If your lobster arrives dead, you must contact us within 24 hours of UPS's confirmed delivery time with photographic evidence. We will replace or refund at our discretion. Claims submitted more than 24 hours after confirmed delivery may not be honored.
Perishable Goods
Live lobsters are perishable. You are responsible for cooking or storing them properly upon delivery. We are not responsible for deterioration resulting from improper storage after delivery.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
